PhD student in the Computer Science and Engineering program at UC Santa Cruz doing research under Tyler Sorensen on fine-grained synchronization and dynamic work allocation on GPUs. Graduate of Seattle University with a B.S. in Computer Science and a minor in Studio Art. Interested in GPU programming, computer graphics, GPGPU, heterogeneous systems, high-performance computing, and research-driven development.

Avid user of command lines of all kinds, and appreciative of cross-platform development solutions.

During free time, enjoys software development, cooking, gardening, visiting national parks, audio production, gaming, and mechanical keyboards, and whatever else I can get my hands on.
